Our story
Fixmo started because the software repair shops were using did not fit repair shops. Legacy tools were built for large enterprises: overloaded with features nobody needed, priced to match, and slow to learn. Spreadsheets and paper tickets filled the gap, but lost jobs, forgotten follow-ups, and missing parts were the inevitable cost.
We built the opposite. A single platform that handles repairs, point of sale, inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, invoicing, refunds, customers, team roles, WhatsApp and email notifications, and multi-branch reporting, without bolt-on modules or per-feature pricing.
Fixmo is built and operated by INFO DM PRIVATE LIMITED, a software company focused on practical tools for small and medium businesses. Our infrastructure runs on Railway with Cloudflare R2 for file storage, with HTTPS enforced everywhere and strict per-shop data isolation.
