Branches
A shop on Business can run up to 15 branches. Each has its own stock levels, its own team, its own repairs and sales, and its own payment accounts. Admins see across all of them, managers see their own.
Free and Pro are single branch. Up to 15 branches on Business.
What it does
Two locations are not one shop with a bigger shelf. Stock, staff and takings are separate, and pretending otherwise is what makes multi-site software unusable.
Each branch carries its own name, code, address, hotline and email, and holds its own stock counts for the shared catalogue.
One manager runs a branch. That is enforced rather than encouraged, so responsibility is unambiguous.
Payment accounts can belong to a branch or to the shop as a whole, so each location can have its own cash drawer while the bank account stays shared.
Reports can be filtered per branch, and there is a report for comparing them.

Questions
Can I have more than one manager for a branch?
No. One branch has one manager, and that is enforced by the system.
Do branches share a product catalogue?
Yes, and they do not share counts. The product is defined once and each branch holds its own quantity.
Can I move stock between branches?
Stock is counted per branch and adjusted per branch. Transfers between accounts are a money feature, not a stock one.
