A supplier can hold several named contacts, each with their own email, phone and role. A contact can be tied to the categories or the specific items they handle, so the right person is obvious when you need a part.
What it does
Large suppliers have one number that nobody answers and four people who do. The useful information is which of them handles what.
Contacts sit under the supplier. Each has a name, a role, an email and a phone, and one can be marked as the primary.
A contact can be linked to categories, or to specific items. Screens go to one person, batteries to another, and the record says so.
The order they appear in is yours to set, so the person you call most is at the top.

The supplier carries one main contact. This is the list underneath it, for suppliers where different people handle different parts.
Do I have to fill this in?
No. A supplier with one phone number needs nothing here.
