Stock
Stock across branches
Fixmo holds one product catalogue for the shop and a separate count for each branch. A part fitted on a repair and the same part sold at the till both come off that branch's number. Low stock alerts are set per branch, not per product.
Free holds 50 items. Pro holds 2,000. Business has no limit.

What it does
Two branches do not share a shelf, so they should not share a count. The product is defined once. The quantity lives per branch.
The same row is drawn down by both sides of the shop. A battery fitted on the bench and a battery sold over the counter reduce the same number. That is the whole reason the counts stay right.
Not everything needs counting. An item can be marked as not stock tracked, which is what you want for a service part you buy per job or for something you never hold.
Low stock is a per branch threshold. Set the minimum for a branch and Fixmo tells you when that branch drops to it or below.

Questions
Can one branch see another branch's stock?
An admin sees every branch. A manager sees their own. The catalogue is shared, so the product exists everywhere even where the count is zero.
What happens when a part is fitted to a repair?
It comes off that branch's count as the part goes on the job, and the cost is carried into the repair.
Do I have to count something I never hold?
No. Turn stock tracking off for that item. It can still be sold and still be priced, it just has no quantity.
How many items can I hold?
Free holds 50, Pro holds 2,000, and Business has no limit. Variations count as items.
