Running the business
Plans and billing
Fixmo has three plans. Free, Pro at 20 dollars a month or 192 a year, and Business at 44 a month or 420 a year. Every limit is published, and the app shows your usage against them rather than surprising you.
What it does
Free is a real plan, not a trial. It allows 30 repairs and 50 sales a month, 50 inventory items, one branch and one user, and it keeps repairs for 30 days.
Pro raises those to 500 repairs, 1,000 sales and 2,000 items, adds a manager, five technicians and a cashier, and removes the invoice and quotation limits.
Business removes the repair, sale and item limits, allows up to 15 branches and 10 managers, and does not limit technicians or cashiers.
Paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments. Pro is 192 rather than 240, and Business is 420 rather than 528.
Usage against your plan is visible in the app, and an alert is raised as a limit is approached rather than at the moment work stops.

Questions
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It is a plan you can stay on. The limit worth knowing is that repairs are removed after 30 days.
What does paying yearly save?
Pro is 192 a year against 240 paid monthly. Business is 420 against 528.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You are alerted as you approach it. Limits apply per month, so a monthly cap resets.
Which plan do I need for more than one branch?
Business. Free and Pro are single branch.
