Alerts inside the app
Fixmo raises alerts for twenty five kinds of event, from a repair changing stage to stock running low, a refund needing approval, a recurring expense running, or someone's access changing. Clicking one opens the record it is about.

What it does
A shop generates events faster than anyone can watch for them. Stock runs out, an invoice needs approving, a customer approves a quote.
Alerts cover repairs, payments, stock, documents, refunds, exchanges, purchase orders, recurring expenses, support replies and access changes.
Each one links to the thing it is about, so it is a way of getting somewhere rather than only a message.
The list refreshes every ten seconds while a page is open, so an alert appears without anyone reloading.
They can be marked read one at a time or all together.

Questions
Do alerts reach my phone?
They appear inside Fixmo. Customer-facing messages go out by WhatsApp and email; these are for the people running the shop.
Can I turn some off?
Notification settings control what is raised. Customer-facing messages are controlled separately, per stage.
