Customers
WhatsApp inbox
Messages customers send back to the shop's WhatsApp number arrive in Fixmo. Each is matched to the customer it came from where the number is known, kept with its timestamp, and marked read once someone has seen it.
Part of the WhatsApp connection, so it needs Pro or Business.
What it does
Sending an update invites a reply, and a reply that only exists on somebody's phone is lost to everyone else in the shop.
Inbound messages are stored against the shop and, where the number matches a record, against the customer.
Each one keeps the time WhatsApp reported rather than the time Fixmo happened to receive it, so the order is the customer's order.
Messages carry a read state, so it is clear whether anyone has dealt with one.

Questions
Can I reply from inside Fixmo?
Fixmo can send a manual message to a customer. The inbox is where their side of the conversation is recorded.
What happens when someone messages from a number I do not have?
The message is kept with the number and the name WhatsApp supplied, so nothing is lost.
