Tracking Payments
Use the Finance > Payments page to see a full history of all repair and sale payments. Filter by payment type and method, and link directly to the source transaction.

Payment Accounts
Payment Accounts represent the physical or digital places where money lives in your shop — cash drawers, bank accounts, mobile wallets, and owner personal funds. Link payment methods to accounts to track where every payment lands.
Capital Assets
Record major durable purchases — equipment, electronics, furniture, vehicles, and fixtures — as capital assets rather than expenses, and track them per branch with a linked Payment Account.
