Team Page Overview
The Team page is your central hub for managing everyone who works in your repair shop. It shows role-based statistics, a complete member list, and any pending invitations. Only Admins and Managers can open this page. This is the default; the shop owner can change it in Settings, Roles and Permissions.
Role Stat Cards
At the top of the Team page, four stat cards display the current count of team members in each role. These cards give you an instant overview of your team composition.
- Admin, shows the number of admin users in your shop
- Manager, shows the number of managers across all branches
- Technician, shows the total number of technicians in your shop
- Cashier, shows the number of cashiers in your shop
Note
Team Member List
Below the stat cards, every active team member is listed with their key details. The list provides a quick reference for who is on your team and where they are assigned.
- Avatar, generated from the member's initials
- Name, the member's full name
- Email, the member's email address
- Role badge, a colored badge showing Admin, Manager, Technician, or Cashier
- Branch name, the branch the member is assigned to, or 'All Branches' for Admins who are not scoped to a single branch
- Repair count, displayed for Technicians, showing how many repairs are currently assigned to them
Pending Invitations
The Team page also displays any outstanding invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. Each pending invitation shows the invited email address, the role they were invited for, the branch assignment, the expiry date of the invitation link, and a 'Pending' status badge. From here, you can resend or cancel any pending invitation.
Plan Restrictions on the Team Page
What you see on the Team page depends on your subscription plan. On the FREE plan, the invite button is not displayed. Instead, a message reads 'Upgrade to add team members,' prompting you to move to a paid plan. On PRO and BUSINESS plans, the invite button is visible and you can add team members up to your plan's limits.
