Team Page Overview

The Team page is your central hub for managing everyone who works in your repair shop. It shows role-based statistics, a complete member list, and any pending invitations. Only Admins and Managers can access this page — access is controlled by the canAccessTeam permission check.

Role Stat Cards

At the top of the Team page, four stat cards display the current count of team members in each role. These cards give you an instant overview of your team composition.

  • Admin — shows the number of admin users in your shop
  • Manager — shows the number of managers across all branches
  • Technician — shows the total number of technicians in your shop
  • Cashier — shows the number of cashiers in your shop
Note

Stat cards update automatically when team members are added, removed, or have their roles changed.

Team Member List

Below the stat cards, every active team member is listed with their key details. The list provides a quick reference for who is on your team and where they are assigned.

  • Avatar — generated from the member's initials
  • Name — the member's full name
  • Email — the member's email address
  • Role badge — a colored badge showing Admin, Manager, Technician, or Cashier
  • Branch name — the branch the member is assigned to, or 'All Branches' for Admins who are not scoped to a single branch
  • Repair count — displayed for Technicians, showing how many repairs are currently assigned to them

Pending Invitations

The Team page also displays any outstanding invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. Each pending invitation shows the invited email address, the role they were invited for, the branch assignment, the expiry date of the invitation link, and a 'Pending' status badge. From here, you can resend or cancel any pending invitation.

Plan Restrictions on the Team Page

What you see on the Team page depends on your subscription plan. On the FREE plan, the invite button is not displayed. Instead, a message reads 'Upgrade to add team members,' prompting you to move to a paid plan. On PRO and BUSINESS plans, the invite button is visible and you can add team members up to your plan's limits.

Tip

To upgrade your plan, go to Settings > Billing. Your new team member limits take effect immediately after upgrading.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can access the Team page in Fixmo?+
Only users with the Admin or Manager role can access the Team page. Technicians and Cashiers do not see the Team option in the sidebar. Access is controlled by the canAccessTeam permission.
How many team members can I have per plan in Fixmo?+
The FREE plan allows 1 user (the admin only) with no team members. The PRO plan allows up to 7 team members total: 1 admin, 1 manager, 5 technicians, and 1 cashier. The BUSINESS plan allows unlimited team members: 1 admin, up to 10 managers, and unlimited technicians and cashiers.
Can managers invite team members in Fixmo?+
Yes. Managers can invite new team members via email, but they are restricted to inviting Technicians only, and only to their own branch. Admins can invite Managers, Technicians, and Cashiers to any branch.
What happens when a team member is removed from Fixmo?+
Removing a team member performs a soft deactivation. The member is set to inactive, automatically unassigned from all repairs (techId set to null), and unassigned from any branch manager role. Their data and history are preserved. The same email can be re-invited later.
