Accessing the Print Page
A POS sale prints its thermal receipt automatically on completion. The print page is for everything else, reprints in a full-size template, and sales created outside the POS.
- To reprint the thermal slip, use the printer icon in the POS Recent Sales tab.
- For a full-size template, navigate to the sale detail page and click the 'Print' button in the header.
- The print page opens with template selection and a Print button.
Choosing a Template
Select from three professional templates using the dropdown at the top of the print page.
- Classic, professional bordered layout with clear section separation. Best for formal receipts and customers who expect a traditional format.
- Modern, clean minimal design with an accent bar and spacious layout. Best for shops with a contemporary brand image.
- Compact, dense layout with smaller fonts and condensed spacing. Best for saving paper on routine sales.
What the Receipt Includes
Regardless of template, every sale receipt includes a standard set of information.
- Shop header, logo or shop name, address, phone number.
- Sale info, sale code, date, branch name, and sold by (cashier name).
- Customer info, name, phone, and email if assigned. Shows 'Walk-in Customer' otherwise.
- Items table, numbered rows with product name, quantity, unit price, and total. Serial numbers and warranty info are included when applicable.
- Totals, subtotal, discount (if applied), and final total.
- Payments, each payment method, reference (if any), and amount.
- Signature fields, lines for customer signature and authorized signature.
- Warranty policy, displayed if any items in the sale have warranty periods.
- Footer, shop name and sale code.
