How to Access Your Profile

Your profile page contains your personal details, login credentials, and account information. You can access it from any page in Fixmo.

  1. 1Click your avatar and name in the top-right corner of the header to open the user menu.
  2. 2Select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu.
  3. 3The Profile page opens, showing your current name, email, phone, role, and branch.

Updating Your Name and Phone Number

Your display name appears throughout Fixmo — on repairs you create, sales you process, and in team lists. Your phone number is stored for internal reference.

  1. 1On the Profile page, edit the Name field with your preferred display name.
  2. 2Add or update your phone number using the phone input field. Select your country code from the dropdown.
  3. 3Click 'Save Changes' to apply your changes.
Note

Your name is visible to other team members and appears on any record you create or modify.

How to Change Your Email Address

Changing your email address requires two-step verification to confirm you own the new address. This protects your account from unauthorized email changes.

  1. 1On the Profile page, click the 'Change' button next to your current email address.
  2. 2Enter the new email address you want to use.
  3. 3Click 'Send Code'. Fixmo sends a 6-digit verification code to the new email.
  4. 4Check your new email inbox for the code (it expires in 15 minutes).
  5. 5Enter the 6-digit verification code in the confirmation field.
  6. 6Click 'Confirm' to complete the email change. You will be logged out and redirected to the login page.
Warning

After confirming the email change, you will be logged out and must use the new address to log in. The verification code expires in 15 minutes. Make sure you have access to the new email before starting this process.

How to Change Your Password

You can change your password at any time from the Profile page. You will need to know your current password to set a new one.

  1. 1Scroll to the Change Password section on your Profile page.
  2. 2Enter your Current Password in the first field.
  3. 3Enter your New Password (minimum 6 characters).
  4. 4Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
  5. 5Click 'Change Password' to save your new password.

Viewing Your Role and Branch

Your role (Admin, Manager, Technician, or Cashier) and branch assignment are displayed on the Profile page. These are set by your shop admin and determine what features you can access. If you need a change, contact your admin directly.
