How to Access Your Profile
Your profile page holds your personal details and login credentials.
- Click your avatar and name in the top-right header to open the user menu.
- Select 'Profile'.
- The page shows your current name, email, phone, role, branch, and account info.
Updating Your Name and Phone
Your display name is visible on any record you create or update and in team lists. Phone is for internal reference.
- On the Profile page, edit the Name field.
- Enter or update your phone. Pick the country code from the dropdown.
- Click 'Save Changes'.
Changing Your Email Address
Email changes require two-step verification.
- Click 'Change' next to your email.
- Enter the new address and click 'Send Code'.
- Check the new inbox for a 6-digit code (expires in 15 minutes).
- Enter the code and click 'Confirm'.
- You will be logged out and must sign in with the new email.
Warning
Changing Your Password
You can change your password at any time. You need your current password to set a new one.
- Scroll to Change Password on the Profile page.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it.
- Click 'Change Password'.
Note
Adding a Second Step to Your Login
The Two-factor authentication panel asks for a six digit code from an authenticator app after your password. Any role can turn it on, on any plan, and the same panel holds 'Sign out everywhere' for a device you no longer have. The Two-Factor Authentication article covers setup, recovery codes and turning it off.
Viewing Your Role and Branch
Your role (Admin, Manager, Technician, or Cashier) and branch assignment are displayed on the Profile page. Only the Admin can change these. Contact them if you need a change. This is the default; the shop owner can change it in Settings, Roles and Permissions.
