Setting Up Your Profile
How to Access Your Profile
Your profile page holds your personal details and login credentials.
- 1Click your avatar and name in the top-right header to open the user menu.
- 2Select 'Profile'.
- 3The page shows your current name, email, phone, role, branch, and account info.
Updating Your Name and Phone
Your display name is visible on any record you create or update and in team lists. Phone is for internal reference.
- 1On the Profile page, edit the Name field.
- 2Enter or update your phone. Pick the country code from the dropdown.
- 3Click 'Save Changes'.
Changing Your Email Address
Email changes require two-step verification.
- 1Click 'Change' next to your email.
- 2Enter the new address and click 'Send Code'.
- 3Check the new inbox for a 6-digit code (expires in 15 minutes).
- 4Enter the code and click 'Confirm'.
- 5You will be logged out and must sign in with the new email.
Make sure you can access the new email inbox before starting — the code expires in 15 minutes and you will be logged out on confirmation.
Changing Your Password
You can change your password at any time. You need your current password to set a new one.
- 1Scroll to Change Password on the Profile page.
- 2Enter your Current Password.
- 3Enter your New Password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it.
- 4Click 'Change Password'.
Viewing Your Role and Branch
Your role (Admin, Manager, Technician, or Cashier) and branch assignment are displayed on the Profile page. Only the Admin can change these — contact them if you need a change.
