Free Plan — Get Started at No Cost
The Free plan gives you access to core repair shop features with generous limits for solo operators or shops just getting started. No credit card is required to sign up.

The Pro plan is ideal for established single-location shops that need team management and higher usage limits.

How to Upgrade Your Plan
Upgrading is self-service and takes effect immediately. Your new limits and features become available the moment payment completes.
- 1Sign in as the Admin.
- 2Open Settings > Billing from the sidebar.
- 3Compare the Pro and Business cards.
- 4Click the upgrade button on your preferred plan.
- 5Complete payment on the secure checkout page.
- 6Your plan activates instantly — no restart needed.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrading is handled manually by the Fixmo team so they can check your current usage. Before requesting a downgrade, make sure your data fits within the lower plan's limits (team members, inventory count, branches).
Downgrading to Free sets your data retention to 30 days. Records older than 30 days will be archived once the downgrade takes effect.
