Why Email Verification Is Required
Verification confirms you own the email you registered with. It protects your account and makes sure you can receive password resets, invitations, and system notifications.
How to Verify Your Email
Verification is a one-time step that takes less than a minute.
- Open your inbox and find the message from Fixmo titled 'Verify your email'.
- Click the verification link.
- You are redirected to the Fixmo login page with a success message.
- Enter your email and password to log in.
If the Email Does Not Arrive
Verification emails usually arrive within seconds.
- Check spam, junk, or promotions folders.
- Confirm the email address you registered with is correct.
- Go to the Fixmo login page and try signing in.
- Fixmo detects that your account is unverified and shows a 'Resend verification email' button.
- Click it to receive a new link.
Tip
What Happens After Verification
Once verified, the page redirects automatically to login within a few seconds. Sign in and start setting up your shop, the first thing most Admins do is configure Settings > Shop (name, address, currency, logos).
