Email verification confirms that you own the email address you registered with. This step protects your account from unauthorized access and ensures you can receive important notifications, password reset links, and team invitations.

Verification is a one-time step that takes less than a minute to complete.

  3. 3You will be redirected to the Fixmo login page with a confirmation message: 'Email verified successfully'.

What to Do If the Email Does Not Arrive

Verification emails are usually delivered within a few seconds. If you do not see the email in your inbox, try these steps.

  1. 1Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  2. 2Make sure the email address you registered with is spelled correctly.
  3. 3Go to the Fixmo login page and enter your credentials.
  4. 4Fixmo will detect that your account is unverified and show a 'Resend verification email' option.
  5. 5Click the resend button to receive a new verification link.

Add noreply@fixmo.app to your email contacts to prevent future Fixmo emails from being flagged as spam.

What If My Verification Link Has Expired

Verification links expire after 24 hours for security reasons. If your link has expired, you can easily request a new one from the login page. Simply enter your email and password, and Fixmo will prompt you to resend the verification email.

What Happens After Verification

Once your email is verified, your account is fully activated. The verification page automatically redirects you to the login page within a few seconds. A login button is also displayed if you prefer not to wait.

  • If you registered with the Free plan, log in to land on your dashboard and start setting up your shop.
  • If you selected Pro or Business, your payment was already completed during registration. Log in to access your upgraded plan immediately.
  • Your first step after logging in should be configuring your shop settings: name, address, currency, and logo.
