Verification confirms you own the email you registered with. It protects your account and makes sure you can receive password resets, invitations, and system notifications.

How to Verify Your Email

Verification is a one-time step that takes less than a minute.

  3. 3You are redirected to the Fixmo login page with a success message.

If the Email Does Not Arrive

Verification emails usually arrive within seconds.

  1. 1Check spam, junk, or promotions folders.
  2. 2Confirm the email address you registered with is correct.
  3. 3Go to the Fixmo login page and try signing in.
  4. 4Fixmo detects that your account is unverified and shows a 'Resend verification email' button.
  5. 5Click it to receive a new link.

Add [email protected] to your email contacts so future Fixmo emails aren't flagged as spam.

What Happens After Verification

Once verified, the page redirects automatically to login within a few seconds. Sign in and start setting up your shop — the first thing most Admins do is configure Settings > Shop (name, address, currency, logos).
