WhatsApp Business Integration
WhatsApp Integration Overview
Fixmo integrates with the WhatsApp Business API to let you send automated notifications directly to your customers on WhatsApp. When you connect your WhatsApp Business number, customers see your shop name and business profile — building trust and ensuring messages are read. WhatsApp integration is available on Pro and Business plans.
Supported Providers
Fixmo supports two WhatsApp Business API providers. Both deliver the same functionality — choose the one that best fits your setup.
- META — connect directly through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API for native integration with your WhatsApp Business account
- TWILIO — connect through Twilio's messaging platform if you already use Twilio for other communication services
Connect Your Own Business Number
Unlike generic notification services, Fixmo sends WhatsApp messages from your own WhatsApp Business number. Customers see your shop name, logo, and verified business profile in their WhatsApp chat. This creates a professional, branded experience that builds trust and encourages customers to engage with your messages.
Repair Status Notification Toggles

Additional Notification Toggles
Beyond repair statuses, Fixmo supports WhatsApp notifications for sales, documents, and payment events.
