Customer & Branch Reports Overview

These two reports look at who your customers are and how your locations compare. The Customers report measures growth, retention, and value; the Branches report puts every location's performance side by side. Customer figures are shop-wide, since customers belong to the shop rather than a single branch.

Customer Key Metrics

Four stat cards summarise your customer base for the period.

  • Total Customers — all customers in the shop
  • New This Period — customers added during the selected period
  • Repeat Rate — share of customers with two or more purchases
  • Avg Lifetime Value — average total spend per customer

Customer Trends and Top Customers

A New Customers area chart shows sign-ups over the period, and a New vs Returning donut splits customers active in the period by whether they are new or returning. The Top Customers table ranks your most valuable customers by lifetime spend, alongside their purchase count.

Branch Comparison (Admins)

The Branches report compares every location for the selected period. A stacked bar chart shows repair versus sales revenue per branch, and a comparison table lists each branch's repairs, sales, repair revenue, sales revenue, expenses, and net income, ranked by total revenue.

Note

The Branches report is admin-only and most useful for shops with more than one location. Net income shown per branch is its revenue minus its recorded expenses.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is customer lifetime value calculated in Fixmo?+
A customer's lifetime value is their total spend across all completed sales and repair payments to date. The report shows the average lifetime value across customers, and the Top Customers table ranks individual customers by their lifetime spend.
How is repeat rate measured?+
Repeat rate is the share of customers who have made two or more purchases — counting both sales and repairs — out of all customers who have ever purchased. A higher repeat rate means more customers are coming back.
What does new vs returning show?+
Among customers active in the selected period, it splits those who were created during the period (new) from those who existed before it (returning), so you can see how much business comes from fresh versus repeat customers.
Who can see the Branches comparison report?+
The Branches report is available to Admins only and compares every location side by side. Managers do not see it because they are scoped to a single branch. It appears in the report tabs and sidebar for Admins of multi-branch shops.
