Reports Overview
Reports Page Overview
The Reports page gives you a high-level view of your repair shop's business performance. It is designed for Admins and Managers who need to track revenue, repair volume, sales activity, and customer growth. The page is divided into three sections: stat cards at the top, a Technician Performance chart, and a Top 5 Items chart.
Managers see branch-scoped data only. Admins see data across all branches in the shop.
Understanding the Six Stat Cards
The top of the Reports page displays six stat cards, each showing a key metric for the current month with a comparison to the previous month. A percentage change indicator shows whether the metric is trending up or down.
- Repair Revenue — total revenue from completed repairs this month versus last month
- Sales Revenue — total revenue from point-of-sale transactions this month versus last month
- Repairs Completed — number of repairs marked as Delivered this month versus last month
- Product Sales — number of sale transactions completed this month versus last month
- New Customers — number of new customers added this month versus last month
- Total Revenue — combined repair and sales revenue displayed as a stacked bar showing the contribution of each revenue source
Month-Over-Month Comparison
Each stat card displays two values: the current month's figure and the previous month's figure. A percentage change badge shows the trend direction. A green upward arrow indicates growth compared to last month, while a red downward arrow indicates a decline. This helps you quickly spot whether your business metrics are improving or need attention.
Technician Performance Chart
Below the stat cards, the Technician Performance section shows a horizontal bar chart for each technician in your shop. Each bar displays two metrics side by side: the number of repairs completed and the revenue generated by that technician during the current month. This makes it easy to compare productivity and contribution across your team.
Top 5 Items Chart
The Top 5 Items chart shows the most frequently repaired item types in your shop for the current month. Each entry displays the item name, the total repair count, and the percentage share of all repairs. Use this chart to identify your most common repair work and plan staffing, parts ordering, and marketing accordingly.
