Repairs Report Overview

The Repairs report measures the repair side of the business: how much repair revenue you collected, how work is distributed across statuses, which technicians are driving revenue, and how quickly jobs move from intake to delivery — all for the selected period and branch.

Repair Key Metrics

Four stat cards summarise repair performance for the period.

  • Repair Revenue — payments collected on repairs
  • Completed — repairs marked Delivered in the period
  • Repairs Created — new repairs opened in the period
  • Avg Turnaround — average days from received to delivered, with the delivered count

Revenue Trend and Status Mix

An area chart plots daily repair-payment revenue, and a colour-coded bar chart breaks repairs down by their current status so you can see how many jobs are received, in progress, ready, delivered, or cancelled.

Turnaround Time

The Turnaround Time chart shows how long delivered repairs took from receipt to delivery, with the average displayed and a distribution across under 1 day, 1–3 days, 3–7 days, and over 7 days. Use it to set realistic customer expectations and spot jobs that drag on.

Tip

Turnaround relies on status changes being recorded as repairs progress. Keeping repair statuses up to date keeps these numbers accurate.

Technician Performance

The technician leaderboard ranks your team by revenue collected on their repairs, alongside the number of repairs handled. A Top Items Serviced chart shows the most common repair items for the period.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is repair turnaround time measured in Fixmo?+
Turnaround time is the number of days from when a repair was received to when it was marked Delivered, taken from the repair's status history. The report shows the average turnaround and a distribution across buckets: under 1 day, 1–3 days, 3–7 days, and over 7 days.
How are technicians ranked in the Repairs report?+
The technician leaderboard ranks team members by the revenue collected on their assigned repairs in the period, and also shows how many repairs each handled. Revenue is attributed from payments on the repairs assigned to each technician.
What does Repairs by Status show?+
Repairs by Status is a colour-coded bar chart counting repairs created in the period by their current status — Received, Diagnosing, Waiting Parts, Repairing, Testing, Ready, Delivered, and Cancelled — so you can see where work is concentrated.
What counts as a completed repair?+
A repair is counted as completed when it reaches the Delivered status within the selected period. The Completed metric and the turnaround calculation both use Delivered repairs.
