How to Print or Download

From the repair detail page.

  1. 1Open the repair.
  2. 2Click 'Print' or 'PDF' in the header actions.
  3. 3The PDF opens in a new tab — use your browser's print dialog to print.
  4. 4Or, download the PDF and email it.

PDF Contents

Every repair PDF contains the following.

  • Shop header: logo, name, address, phone, email
  • Branch details (when different from shop)
  • Repair code and status
  • Customer details: name, phone, email
  • Device details: item, problem, technician, service mode
  • Parts table: name, qty, unit price, discount, warranty label, serial number
  • Services table: name, price
  • Totals: subtotal, discount, total
  • Warranty policy text (from Settings > Shop)
  • QR code linking to the customer tracking page

Choosing What Contacts Appear

Extra phone numbers and emails configured in Settings > Shop or under a branch can be marked 'Show on: REPAIR' to surface them on printed receipts. This lets you display a dedicated support line while keeping other numbers for invoices or POs only.

How do I print a repair receipt?+
Open the repair and click 'Print' or 'PDF' in the header. Fixmo generates a branded PDF with your shop name, logo, contact details, customer info, device, parts, services, totals, warranty, and a QR code for the tracking link.
Can I customize what appears on the receipt?+
The layout is fixed, but the content pulls from your Shop settings (name, logo, address, phone, email, warranty policy) and Branch settings (address, phone, email). Additional phone numbers and emails can be marked 'Show on Repair' to appear on the receipt.
Is the PDF branded for my shop?+
Yes. Your shop logo, name, address, phone, and email appear at the top. Branch contact info appears below. The QR code links to the customer tracking page.
