Setting Your PIN

Set a PIN so you can approve exchanges at the counter without logging in on the cashier's device.

  1. 1Go to your profile page and find the Security PIN section, just above Change Password.
  2. 2Click 'Set PIN'.
  3. 3Choose a length — 4 digits or 6 digits.
  4. 4Enter your new PIN and confirm it.
  5. 5Enter your account password to confirm, then save.

Changing or Removing Your PIN

You stay in control of your PIN at all times.

  • Change — click 'Change PIN', enter a new code, and confirm with your password.
  • Remove — open the PIN editor and choose 'Remove PIN' (your password is required).
Tip

Use a PIN that is not easy to guess, and never share it. It is a shortcut for approving exchanges in your name.

Where do I set my security PIN?+
On your profile page, in the Security PIN section located directly above Change Password. The section only appears for Admins and Managers.
Can I choose how many digits my PIN has?+
Yes. You can choose a 4-digit or 6-digit numeric PIN when you set it. You can switch the length later by setting the PIN again.
Is my PIN stored securely?+
Yes. Your PIN is stored encrypted (hashed), never in plain text, and is never shown back to you. Setting or removing it requires confirming with your account password.
