WhatsApp Messaging Is Coming Soon

Fixmo is building a WhatsApp messaging feature that will let you send automated repair updates and communicate with customers directly through WhatsApp. This feature is planned for the next major version of Fixmo and is currently in development.

  • Message Templates — pre-built templates for repair received, in progress, ready for pickup, and delivered notifications

Built on Meta WhatsApp Cloud API

Fixmo will use the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for reliable and compliant message delivery. This ensures your messages are delivered through WhatsApp's verified infrastructure, with support for rich media messages and delivery receipts.

Current Notification Options

While WhatsApp messaging is being developed, you can use Fixmo's email notification system to keep customers informed about their repairs and sales.

  • Configure email notifications in Settings > Email
  • Connect Gmail or Custom SMTP to send from your business email
  • Enable repair status notifications for key stages: Received, Ready, Delivered, and more
  • Enable sales notifications for completed sales and refunds

Email notifications are available now and will continue to work alongside WhatsApp messaging when it launches. You will be able to use both channels simultaneously.
